Brandon Moss went 1-2 with 2 BB and 1 SO.

Jose Tabata went 1-2 with a double, RBI, and a run scored in his Pirates' debut with the GCL Pirates.  He also walked once.

Dan McCutchen pitched 6 innings giving up 3 ER, allowing 5 hits, giving up 3 BB to go along with 3 SO.

ERA in AAA: 5.25 (7 ER in 12 IP)

Jason Bay went 1-4 with a HR and 3 RBI.  1 BB, 1 SO, and 1 R scored.

Yesterday Bay went 1-3 with a 3B, 2 R scored, 2 BB, and 2 SO.  He hit a triple and then scored the winning run for the Sox.

Xavier Nady went 1-3 with a R scored.

Damaso Marte pitched 1 inning giving up no hits and registered 2 SO.

Brandon Moss went 0-3 with 2 SO and 1 BB making his BA .000.

Jeff Karstens started today's game and pitched 6 innings and gave up no runs.  He gave up 5 hits, allowed 4 BB, and recorded 2 SO.  He threw 62 of 101 pitches for strikes.  ERA as a Pirate - 0.00.

I am 16 years old, therefore, have never seen the Pirates have a winning season.
